Which areas do you cover?+
We are based in Siliguri and work across North Bengal and Sikkim — Matigara, Bagdogra, Darjeeling, Kurseong, Mirik, Kalimpong, the Dooars belt (Malbazar, Chalsa, Gorumara), Jalpaiguri, Cooch Behar, Alipurduar and Gangtok. Travel and stay for out-of-town dates are added to the quote.
How do I get a quote?+

Which LED panels do you have — indoor or outdoor?+
Both. We carry indoor panels for banquet halls and stages, and high-brightness outdoor panels that stay readable under stage lighting and at dusk. Panel pixel pitch is picked from how close the front row sits: the tighter the pitch, the closer people can stand before they see the pixels. Tell us the venue and the screen size you want and we will spec the right panels.
Are the special effects safe indoors?+
The effects we run are cylinder-fed CO₂ jets, cold-spark fountains, low fog, haze, smoke and confetti or streamer blasts — no open flame and no fireworks. Cold-spark units are designed to be safe to stand near, but every effect still gets a clearance zone, a check with the venue and the fire-safety person, and an operator on the trigger. We do not do licensed pyrotechnics or outdoor fireworks.
Do you supply an engineer, or can I hire the equipment dry?+
Both. Most clients take the gear with our engineers and stage crew. Consoles and PA can also be dry-hired to your own technical team with a documented handover and a damage deposit.
